CAMINITO

THE BISTRO

It is in the heart of the Sentier, central and pedestrian district of the Parisian capital, that Caminito was born in 2016.

It is in reference to the famous street of La Boca in Buenos Aires as well  only to the small symbolic path of the rue des Petits Carreaux and the alleys of this Parisian district, that this second establishment takes its name.

Caminito wishes to highlight a more inventive and creative Argentinian fusion cuisine, around a regularly changed tapas menu, without forgetting the essential Argentinian meat which will remain at the heart of the group's spirit.  The bartenders are committed to constantly developing new cocktail recipes, always  more daring, and the chef works to create menus that are also designed for non-carnivores.

Caminito is the tapas bistro, where you stop to eat a good churrasco at noon between 2 meetings or even tapas, empanadas or ceviche around a good Pisco Sour as an aperitif or at dinner with friends.

It is in this spirit that the establishment reflects the gastronomic diversity of Argentina.

LA RECOLETA

RESTAURANT

In 2010 the father-son duo created in Paris 20th, Porte des Lilas their first restaurant LA RECOLETA, taking its name from a tribute to the historical and cultural district of Buenos Aires where they have always had their habits. It was really in 2014 that the restaurant was established in its current form, a stone's throw from Place Pereire in the 17th arrondissement.  Their objective for this first restaurant is simple, that of establishing itself as a Parisian reference for lovers of good Argentine meat. The establishment offers its best,

"cortes", cuts of red meat, as well as a wide range of wines from Argentina and has established itself as THE table of the Barrio Norte group. There is attentive service around a "Parillada", assortments of red meat and offal, or even a good piece of "Ojo de bife", the famous Argentinian rib steak, tender and marbled, as well as a detailed menu of Malbec and Argentinian grands crus.  Its atmosphere immediately plunges customers into the heart of a typically "porteño" universe thanks to the "fileteados", symbol par excellence of the city of Buenos Aires, created with panache by the Argentinian artist Alfredo Martinez, who moved to Paris. specially from San telmo, in buenos aires, to make the life-size fileteado on the walls of the restaurant.
